The bedding configuration includes a Cal King bed and a Queen sofa sleeper, providing accommodations for up to four guests with 1006 sq. ft. of space. A minimum stay of four nights is required, with a cleaning fee of $260.00 applicable. Additionally, a processing fee will be charged to all reservations, along with state taxes totaling 17.962% on the rental amount. If desired, daily maid service can be arranged at an additional charge.

**Cancellation Policy:**
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):**
- Cancellations made outside of 30 days prior to arrival will qualify for a full refund without penalties.
- For cancellations between 29 to 14 days before arrival, a 50% refund of the total payment will be issued.
- Unfortunately, no refunds can be granted for cancellations made within 13 days of the arrival date.
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):**
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days from the arrival date and receive a full refund without charges.
- No refunds will be offered for cancellations made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
